Through it all, my family has been my rock. My wife, Lyndsay, has been my constant support, even through her own health challenges, including two back surgeries.
Her strength and resilience inspire me every day. Our son, Tyler, is a testament to dedication and passion. His commitment to martial arts has made him a seven-time world champion at just ten years old.
As he continues to compete, his drive and determination never cease to amaze me.
My own journey has taught me that life's challenges are meant to shape us, not break us.
Moving from an engineering student to a soldier, from a personal trainer to a lifestyle coach, I've learned the power of resilience and the importance of following your passion.
Now, I specialize in helping people improve how they eat, move, and sleep to achieve deep health.
My story has its ups and downs, but I wouldn't change a thing. Each challenge has brought me to where I am today – helping others transform their lives.
I'm grateful for every twist, turn, setback, and comeback because they've made me who I am – a husband, father, mentor, and guide.

I still remember the agony of those three months when walking more than 20 meters was a struggle and watching my friends advance in their careers felt like a punch in the gut.
Seeing my sister's tears when she picked me up from the train station is a memory that’s hard to shake. But it was in this tough time that I found a new direction.
The next 12 months were all about rehabilitating my body, which led me to become a personal trainer. It felt like a second chance and a perfect fit for me.
This wasn’t just a job; it was a calling. Helping people transform their lives sparked a passion in me that only grew stronger. I dove into Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), life coaching, and nutrition, discovering how improving people's eating, moving, and sleeping habits could dramatically change their lives.

My journey took a major turn when I decided to leave my Engineering degree behind.
The fear of disappointing my parents and friends was tough, but I made the leap and joined the Armed Forces.
There, I learned the value of discipline and getting things done right the first time.
Unfortunately, a severe back injury and nerve damage in my left leg forced me into medical retirement.
